تشارك قصة نجاح ١٥ عام ( عطاء وإزدهار ) خلال فعاليات الملتقى الثاني لتمكين منظمات القطاع غير الربحي
- شاركت جمعية أضواء الخير الإجتماعية التابعه مسيرة إنجازاتها ونجاحاتها خلال ١٥ عام من العمل الإنساني
حيث استعرض الملتقى مبادرات سموها الكريم حول المملكه عبر مقطع مرئي يتحدث عن مختلف المبادرات الإنسانية التي خدمت كافة فئات المجتمع
خلال فعاليات الملتقى الثاني لتمكين منظمات القطاع غير الربحي ، الذي جاء تحت رعاية صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز أمير المنطقة الشرقية، وأقامته وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية ممثلة بإدارة التمكين المجتمعي، واستضافه فرع الوزارة بالمنطقة الشرقية.
تهدف مسيرة جمعية أضواء الخير الإجتماعيه لتمكين الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة برؤية الجمعية الطموحة بعد الدمج وهي رؤية النقل من الإحتياج للإنتاج ، وهذا لا يأتي إلا بالقيام بالتدريب والتأهيل فاندماجهم سيزيد من الإنتاج والتوظيف بحيث يتم تحويلهم كمنتجين في المجتمع من خلال ربط منظومة العمل بشكل عام بين الجمعيات والجهات مع بعضها البعض لتحول طاقة هذه الفئه بالإنتاج وتنمية القدرات وإستثمارها بمشاركة الخطط في هذه الرؤية تحت ظل رؤية المملكة ٢٠٣٠

She shares a success story of 15 years (giving and prosperity) during the activities of the second forum to empower non-profit sector organizations
Adwaa Al-Khair Social Association of His Royal Highness the Princess participated. Dr. Adwaa bint Fahd bin Saad bin Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the path of her achievements and successes during 15 years of humanitarian work
Where the forum reviewed the initiatives of Her Highness about the Kingdom through a video clip that talks about the various humanitarian initiatives that served all segments of society.
During the activities of the second forum to empower non-profit sector organizations, which came under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, and was held by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development represented by the Department of Community Empowerment, and hosted by the Ministry’s branch in the Eastern Province.
Adwaa Al-Khair Social Association aims to empower people with disabilities with the vision of the ambitious association after inclusion, which is the vision of transporting from the need for production, and this only comes through training and rehabilitation, as their integration will increase production and so that they are transformed as producers in society by linking the work system in general between associations and agencies with each other to transform the energy of this category through production, capacity development and investment by sharing plans in this vision under the Kingdom’s 2030 vision
