انتخابات امريكا الراهنه تنذر بكارثة اوباميه قذره لو لا سمح الله وانتصر ذيل المرتد اوباما المدعو بايدن شريكه مع سيئة الذكر كوندليسا رايس وصهر الايرانيين لاباش كري الذين تبنوا خطة اعادة تقسيم دول الشرق الاوسط عن طريق الفوضى الخلاقة بدءً بالربيع العربي وما تبعه مر تواطؤ مع ايران مروراً بدعمها وتكوين ميليشيات ارهابية كداعش والحشد والنصره ودعم جماعات مسلحة ارهابية كالاخوان وحزب الشيطان والحوثي وخلافهم.
وابدء سرد سواد فظائعهم من عهد بوش ومدخل قبحهم من العراق وبداية الرواية المعتمدة، هو خط مستقيم يربط الاجتياح الأميركي للعراق بكل مصائب الشرق الأوسط اليوم، وكأن الشرق الأوسط كان واحة من الأمن والرخاء والاستقرار قبل حرب العراق، إلى أن ارتكب الرئيس السابق جورج بوش خطيئة العصر بإطاحته بالرئيس العراقي صدام حسين ونظامه.
لكن الحقيقة عكس ذلك، فبوش هو الذي ثبّت أمن العراق واستقرار المنطقة قبل رحيله. وهو استقرار تباهى به خلفه باراك أوباما، إلى أن هزّت قلّة حنكة أوباما وفشله وخساسة نواياه الاستقرار، وأدت لفوضى اليوم.
خطيئة بوش كانت الاعتقاد أن لدى العراقيين من الوعي ما يكفي لتحويل دولتهم إلى ديمقراطية، ليتبين أن لا دولة في العراق أصلا، وأن حكم صدام كان يقتصر على أجهزة أمنية استخباراتية مرعبة، انهارت، فانهار العراق، وبانت ضحالة غالبية السياسيين العراقيين الفكرية وخواءهم، وهو خواء ملأه نظام إيران بأفكارهم عن “الجمهورية الإسلامية”، القائمة على بطش الاستخبارات، وعلى قبلية وعشائرية تناهز دموية صدام وفساده، فانتقل العراق من حكم “الحرس الجمهوري” إلى حكم “الحرس الثوري”، وصار “الجيش الشعبي” ميليشيا “الحشد الشعبي”.
ضعف أوباما كان أوهم ملالي إيران أن أميركا ضعيفة فعليا، فأمعنت إيران في تعنتها
لكن قبل رحيله، فطن بوش إلى حلّ، فأمر بتنفيذ “خطة زيادة القوات” في العام 2007، على الرغم من معارضة غالبية الأميركيين، الجمهوريين من حزب بوش قبل الديمقراطيين. ومع حلول العام 2009، أدّت خطة بوش إلى خفض معدلات العنف في العراق إلى أدنى مما كانت عليه قبل الحرب في العام 2003.
في نفس الأثناء، استغل بوش قنوات اتصال سرية مع إيران، كان هدفها التنسيق في حربي أفغانستان والعراق، لإقناعها بضرورة “تغيير تصرفاتها” في المنطقة. وقبل رحيل بوش بقليل، تنازل عن وقف إيران تخصيب اليورانيوم كشرط لحوار معها، وشارك وكيل وزارة الخارجية آنذاك بيل بيرنز في مفاوضات الأوروبيين مع إيران، وكان أرفع مسؤول أميركي يلتقي إيرانيين حتى تاريخه، وكان الهدف التوصل إلى تسوية مع طهران تتضمن وقفها النووي ووقفها نشاطاتها المزعزعة لاستقرار المنطقة، مقابل رفع العقوبات الدولية عنها.
وتسلّم أوباما الرئاسة مطلع 2009، ولم يسحب الجيش الأميركي من العراق بعد ستة أشهر على انتخابه، حسب وعده، فأبقى على ترتيبات بوش، وسحب القوات الأميركية من العراق نهاية 2011.
وبين 2010 و2014، وقف أوباما يتباهى بالاستقرار الذي تحقق في العراق والمنطقة، وراح ينسبه إلى نفسه. على أن مفاعيل سياسات بوش كانت في طريقها إلى زوال، وبدأت سياسات أوباما تؤتي ثمارها، وراح الاستقرار ينهار.
أولا، في العراق، كان من المفروض سحب القوات الأميركية، لكن من دون إدارة أميركا ظهرها سياسيا وديبلوماسيا. بدلا من تسليمها البلاد إلى أكثر رئيس حكومة طائفي قريضي خبيث خائن لوطنه وعروبته سرق مدخرات العراق واشعل الفتن الطائفيه وهو اسوء شخصية عرفها العراق والعراقيون، أي نوري المالكي، كان الأجدر بأوباما أن يحافظ على علاقات واشنطن بكل الأطراف العراقية، وأن يواصل تسديد رواتب “قوات الصحوات” السنية، وأن تستمر أميركا في الضغط على بغداد للالتزام بالدستور العراقي، الذي ينصّ على دولة فدرالية لا مركزية، تعطي الأقاليم استقلالية مالية وأمنية وسياسية.
لكن ملل أوباما من العراق دفع المالكي إلى الانخراط في سباق مع منافسيه الشيعة لقمع المكونين الكردي والسني، وهو ما أدى إلى انهيار الاستقرار، وسمح للتطرف السني بالعودة على شكل “داعش” الإرهابي، الذي ـ بالتزامن مع الفساد المدقع الذي كانت دولة المالكي وجيشه تغرقان فيه ـ استولى على الموصل صيف 2014، وأجبر القوات الأميركية على العودة إلى العراق، وفتح الباب لتشريع عمل الميليشيات الإيرانية، التي تظاهرت أنها تحارب “داعش”، فيما عملت في الحقيقة كذراع إيران في العراق وسوريا، وراحت تحارب في حلب، وتقمع تظاهرات العراق، وتغتال ناشطين عراقيين.
ثانيا، في إيران، ارتكب أوباما خطأ فادحا. في جولة مفاوضات في بغداد في ربيع 2012، سأل رئيس الوفد الإيراني سعيد جليلي “ماذا عن سوريا؟”. كان الإيرانيون يعتقدون أنه يمكنهم تحصيل تنازلات من الغرب لإتمام صفقة كبرى نووية وإقليمية.
أجاب الغربيون: “تعليماتنا هي بالتفاوض حول النووي فقط”. ذاك كان خطأ أوباما المميت والمتعمد من المرتد الذي استغلته إيران. صارت المفاوضات للنووي وحده، وراحت إيران تماطل حتى ترفع من شأن الاتفاقية المتوقعة. وقال أوباما علنا إنه يعتقد أن اتفاقية نووية مع إيران ستولّد إيجابية يمكن البناء عليها لإنهاء نشاطات إيران المزعزعة للاستقرار في المنطقة. حتى تجارب الصواريخ الباليستية الايرانية تم الاتفاق على وقفها، ولكن شفهيا فقط.
هكذا، لم يكد حبر الاتفاقية النووية يجفّ، ولم تكد إيران تباشر حصد مليارات الدولارات من رفع العقوبات، حتى استأنفت تجاربها الصاروخية، معللّة خطوتها بغياب نص في الاتفاقية يمنع ذلك، وهو ما حمل الغرب على القول إن إيران اخترقت روحية الاتفاقية لا نصّها.
وهكذا تلاعبت إيران بالغرب، وراحت تستخدم أموالها في توسيع نفوذها، فانفجر اليمن.وكادت البحرين اللحاق بها وراحت طهران تزكي نار الحربين العراقية والسورية، إلى أن وصل الرئيس دونالد ترامب إلى الرئاسة، ووافق على وساطة أوروبية مع الإيرانيين، لكن ضعف أوباما كان أوهم ملالي إيران أن أميركا ضعيفة فعليا، فأمعنت إيران في تعنتها، إلى أن سحب ترامب البساط من تحت قدميها، فبانت الولايات المتحدة كقوة عظمى: لم تستطع الصين وروسيا وأوروبا مجتمعة الوقوف في وجه العقوبات الاقتصادية الأميركية التي دفعت اقتصاد إيران للانهيار.

وعندما اعتقد جنرال إيران قاسم سليماني أن بإمكانه ابتزاز أميركا بقتل قواتها في العراق لإجبارها على التراجع، بدا الفارق واضحا بين قوة أميركا وإيران ـ النمر الورقي. بصاروخ واحد أطاحت أميركا بسليماني، الذي كان يظن نفسه خطا أحمر لا يقهر، ويظن أن مقتله سيشعل المنطقة.
عرف الملالي أن أميركا لا تمزح، فاكتفوا برد مسرحي هزلي ، وتمسكوا بنصيحة وزير خارجية أميركا السابق جون كيري لهم: انتظروا نهاية رئاسة ترامب. وإلى أن تنتهي رئاسة ترامب وتعثر إيران على فرصة، ستبقى مختبئة في جحرها تقتل الإيرانيين الذي يموتون، إما جوعا أو قمعا لصراخهم ضد نظام التجويع الإسلامي.
