عندمايرتقي اي انسان قمة المجد  بعلمه واخلاقه وفكره فهذا قدره لكي يصبح رمزاً وطنياً قومياً عالمياً، بمناسبة اعادة انتخاب الدكتور علي آل غازي لعضوية مجلس منظمة السلام والصداقة الدوليه انه لشرف لشخصية متميزه يجانبها النجاح اينما حل  وهو مفخرة للملكة العربيه السعوديه حكومةً وشعباً وللعالم العربي والاسلامي فهنيأً لنا بهذا العلم  الذي نفخر به جميعاً اينما حل وارتحل ، وطلبت من سعادته ان يكتب لما مايدور في ذهنه الان واترك الحديث لسعادته،

في زمن العالم المتحرر يعلوالإنسـان ببيان قانوني بما يحتاج إليه البشر لكي يحيوا حياة إنسانية بكل ما في الكلمة من معنى. وهي في مجملها بيان شمولي جامع. فحقوق الإنسان  في العيش بسلام في مجتمعات تسودها المحبة والصداقه في كافة نواحي الحياة.
فتصبح المجموعة العالمية كقريه غير قابلة للتجزئة ومترابطة من الحقوق والواجبات المتبادله ، على نحو ما ورد أصلا في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان الذي صدر عـام ١٩٤٨ إن اتباع ﻧﻬج شمولي في تعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان، ومن بينها الحقوق التي تكفل للجميع العيش في سلام وان يسود السلام والحب والصداقة وحرية الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية لكل فرد او مجتمع،
ويكفل معاملة البشر كأشخاص كاملين وتمتعهم في آن واحد بجميع الحقوق والحريات، وبالعدالة الاجتماعية. تعزيز وحماية الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية في أجواء سلام وحب وتعززها عرا الصداقة.
بعد فترة طويلة من الإهمال النسبي، حدثت تطورات هامة في ميدان الحقوق الانسانيه من اندلاع الحروب وتفشي آثارها المدمره وما تبعها من قتل وتهجير في السـنوات الأخيرة.بالذات  .وقدتزايدالاهتمام بالحقوق الانسانيه تـزايد ًا كبير ًا، سواًء داخل الأمم المتحدة أو كنتيجة لدمج هذه الحقوق في العديد من الدساتير والنظم القانونية الوطنية بوصفها معايير قانونية.
إ َّلا أن تجديد الاهتمام والالتزام بالإعمال الكامل للحقوق الانسانيه من نشر السلام وتوثيق عرا الصداقة على مستوى العالم  يعد أمرا حيويا ،  فما دام”خمـس سكان العالم النامي يعاني من الجوع كل ليلة، وربعهم يفتقر إلى أبسط الضروريات الأساسية، مثل الماء الصالح للشرب،وثلثهم يعيش في فقرمدقع-على هامش من الوجودالبشري تعجزالكلمات عن وصفه ، بينما المليارات يتم انفاقها على ترسانات الاسلحه للقتل والتهجير فلو صرفت على اسعاد البشريه لما اصبح هناك اي فقير في العالم ،وبإمكـان المؤسسات الوطنية للحقوق الإنسانيه أن تضطلع بدور هام في

مجهود متضافر والجمعيات والمتظمات  يهدف إلى معالجة الحقوق الداعيه للسلام والمحبة والصداقه. وبالتلازم مع الأهمية المتزايدة التي حظيت ﺑﻬا هذه الحقوق خلال العقد المنصرم، فإن المؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان ومنظمات السلام  قد ازدادت أيضاً عدد ًا وفعالية. وفي عام ١٩٩١، عقدت الأمم المتحدة في باريس أول حلقـة عمل دولية للمؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان والمتظمات الداعمه لنشر السلام. وهناك، قامت المؤسسات التي حضرت الحلقة بصياغة واعتماد المعـايير الدولية الدنيا لمؤسسات وطنية فعالة لحقوق الإنسان والمنظمات المماثله ، وهي المبادئ المتعلقة بالمركز القانوني للمؤسسات الوطنية، والمعروفة باسم “مبادئ باريس” وحظيت هذه المعايير بموافقة لجنة الحقوق الإنسانيه المختلفة في عام 1991 والجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في عام ١٩٩٣. وفي إعلان وبرنامج عمل فيينا، أعاد أيضا المؤتمر العالمي للحقوق الإنسانيه  تأكيد أهمية المؤسسـات الوطنية لخدمة السلام  للإنسانيه، مشجعا على تعزيز أنشطة الأمم المتحدة الرامية إلى تقديم المساعدة إلى الدول، بناًء عـلى طلـبها، في مجال إنشاء المؤسسات  لضمان حقوق الإنسان وتعزيزها والتعاون فيما بين تلك الجهات  والمنظمات الني تعني بنسر السلام وبذر أواصر الصداقه الانسانيه  .

هذه المقدمة اوردتها بعد ان تابعت وتابعت مسيرة منظمةٍ تعني بالسلام وترسم ملامح الصداقة بين الانسان والانسان بين الشعب والشعوب دون تمييز بين عرق او جنس او دين وديانه او جنسية دون الاخرى ، والاجمل ان معظم قيادات

هذه المنظمه من الشرفاء النبلاء الاحرار من دول عالميه شتى وبعض الاخوه العرب الذين اثبتوا للعالم بان الشرفاء في العالم كذلك هو الحال في العالم العربي دعاة سلام لا دعاة حرب دعاة صداقة ومحبة وتآخي لا دعاة عنصريه او تفرقيه يصنعون للسلام ابواباً اغلقها اضدادهم ومقرها منظمة الامم المتحده والاداره التنفيذيه في مملكة الدانمارك انها منظمة السلام والصداقة الدوليه

فقد حملوني أمانةً عظيمه كي أكون خادماً للسلام والصداقه كعضو دولي  فانا  لا اعتبره اختياراً لشخصي فقط بل اعتبره تكريماً لبلدي عاصمة السلام ومهبط الوحي وقبلة المسلمين وقلب العالم النابض ، ويسعدني ان اتقدم لرئيس عام والمدير العام ونائب المدير العام على منحي عضو دولي ومشرف اعمال المنظمه في الشرق الاوسط من المملكة العربيه السعوديه ارض سلمان السلم والسلام أسأل الله العون والتوفيق على حمل الامانه
