المؤتمر الحادي عشر لمنظمة السلام والصداقة الدولية لعام ٢٠١٩ المقام في مالمو جنوب السويد حيث أقامته المنظمه بحضور مميز وأقرت فيه قرارات داعمه لتطوير متظومة العمل في المنظمه وافرعها ، وكان برنامج الاحتفال على النحو التالي
١-أفتتح المهرجان الاعلامي الاستاذ رأفت العنيني وبدأ المهرجان بالوقوف دقيقة صمت وقراءة سورة الفاتحة على أرواح شهداء العراق وكل الشهداء الأحرار في العالم
٢- كلمة للسيد المحامي قاسم الرفاعي مدير فرع السويد في مالمو حيث رحب بالحضور الكرام وأبدى استعداده للتعاون مع الجميع من اجل إفشاء معنى السلام في العالم .
٣- أعطيت الكلمة للمدير الفخري للمنظمة السيد سوران ڤيبة بيدرسون وكانت كلمته حول السلام وإفشاء السلام في العالم وتجاوز الحدود الطبقية والعرقية بين الشعوب.
٤- ألقى السيد علي الخفاجي مدير عام المنظمة كلمة قيمة حث فيها الجميع على نبذ العنف وإفشاء السلام في المعمورة .
٥- أعطيت الكلمة لسفيرة السلام العالمي القادمة من فلسطين الاستاذة شيرين الحسين واكدت التكاتف من اجل حل الأزمات في الدول التي فيها نزاعات وتقديم كل ما هو مفيد لاحلال السلام
٦- قُدمت وصلة موسيقية للاستاذ الموسيقار عماد التميمي حيث حلق عالياً في سماء اللحن والموسيقى.
٧-قدم نائب مدير العام خضير كريم كلمة مختصرة حول نشاطات المنظمة حول العالم ثم قدم قصيدة شعرية بالمناسبة .
٨-أعطيت الكلمة لعضو المنظمة السيدة هدى محي الدين التي أكدت من خلالها على التكاتف من اجل احلال السلام في العالم وخصوصا المناطق الملتهبة في وطنا العربي .
٩- قدم الشاعر كاظم الوحيد قصيدة رائعة للمناسبة حيث تفاعل الجمهور وصفق بحرارة .
١٠- أعطيت الكلمة الى السيدة سلمة الصائغ حيث بدأت كلمتها بقصيدة وختمت كلمتها بالوقوف مع المنظمة وتقديم كل ما تملك من خبرة لرسم الابتسامة على وجوه الاطفال في العالم وقد أكدت في حديثها انها ستقدم ما لديها من نفائس اثرية لخدمة المرء والطفل في العالم .
١١- أعطيت الكلمة للاستاذ موفق ابوعياش الذي قال بكلمته انه داعم حقيقي للإنسان والإنسانية وأكد على ضرورة إفشاء السلام في العالم .
١٢- أعطيت الكلمة للشيخ نايف النطاح حيث اقتنص بكلمته أقوال مأثورة ورموز رائعة مؤكدا على السلم والسلام في المعمورة .
١٣- كان ختامها مسك مع الشاعر الأديب الاستاذ حسن الخرسان الذي صال وجال في ساحة الشعر وعطر مسامع الجميع بوبوحه النقي.
١٤- أختتمت الفعاليات بتوزيع الشهادات التقديرية على المشاركين في المهرجان الموقر ثم التقطت الصور التذكارية للجميع .
شكراً لكل من حضر المهرجان من اخوة وأخوات ومؤسسات ولكل من شارك او ساهم ودعم منظمة السلام والصداقة الدولية في كل أنحاء العالم وشكراً للجنود المجهولين الذين لولاهم لما نجح هذا المهرجان .

Free Membership The 11th International Peace and Friendship Organization (OSCE) Conference 2019 in Malmö, South Sweden, where the organization held a distinguished presence and endorsed decisions supporting the development of the organization and its branches. 1. The festival opened the media professor Raafat Al-Enini and began the festival to stand a minute of silence and read Al-Fatihah on the souls of the martyrs of Iraq and all the free martyrs in the world 2- Address by Mr. Qasim Al-Rifai, Director of Sweden Branch in Malmö, where he welcomed the distinguished audience and expressed his readiness to cooperate with everyone in order to expose the meaning of peace in the world. 3. The Honorable Director of the Organization, Mr. Soran, was given the floor on peace and peace in the world and transcending class and ethnic boundaries among peoples. 4. Mr. Ali Al-Khafaji, Director-General of the Organization, delivered a valuable speech in which he urged all to renounce violence and to spread peace in the world. 5 – I gave the floor to the Ambassador of World Peace coming from Palestine, Ms. Shirin Al-Hussein, and stressed the solidarity to resolve the crises in the countries where there are conflicts and to provide all that is useful for peace. 6- A musical link was presented to the musician Emad Al-Tamimi, where he flew high in the sky of melody and music. 7. The Deputy Director-General, Khudair Karim, gave a brief speech on the activities of the Organization around the world and then presented a poem on the occasion. 8 – I gave the floor to the member of the Organization, Mrs. Huda Mohiuddin, through which she stressed the solidarity in order to achieve peace in the world, especially the volatile areas in the Arab homeland. 9 – The only poet Kazem presented a wonderful poem for the occasion where the audience interacted and applauded warmly. 10- Mrs. Salma Al-Sayegh gave the floor, where she started with a poem and concluded her speech by standing with the organization and presenting all her expertise to draw a smile on the faces of children in the world. 11. I give the floor to Professor Mowaffaq Abu Ayyash, who said in his speech that he is a true supporter of man and humanity and stressed the need to disclose peace in the world. 21. Sheikh Nayef al-Naاحاحah was given the floor, in which he seized the words of aphorisms and remarkable symbols, emphasizing peace and peace in the world. 13 – was concluded with the poet writer Professor Hassan Al-Khorasan, who arrived and toured in the yard of poetry and perfumed the ears of everyone Bbouha pure. 14- The activities concluded with the distribution of certificates of appreciation to the participants in the distinguished festival, and then the commemorative photos were taken for all. Thank you to all the brothers, sisters and institutions who attended the festival and to all those who participated or contributed and supported the Organization for Peace and Friendship International all over the world, and to the unknown soldiers who would not have succeeded in this festival.
