عندما نتحدث عن دور المرأة كعنصر أساسي في تحقيق أهداف التنمية ، فهي تعتبر شريكأ أساسيا ومساهما فاعلا في تغيير وتطوير الكثير من المحاور الأساسية في المجتمعات.
ومن هذا المنطلق سوف أجعل إشارتي هذه في هذا الجانب عن تلك النظرة ـ أو تلك الخطابات المجتمعية حول النظرة للمرأة الاعلامية في أواسط الحياة اليومية .
فعلى الرغم من تلك الجهود الحثيثة التي تبذل في تمكين المرأة العربية في النهوض بها في كافة الأصعدة ولا سيما في المجال الاعلامي ، إلا ان هذه الجهود الكبيرة التي تسعى في تأهيل المرأة الاعلامية وتمكينها في الوسط الاجتماعي ، تظل عاجزة عن مواكبة بعض التغيرات الفكرية من بعض شرائح المجتمع ، حيث لا زالت بعض الخطابات تكرس تلك النظرة الدونية في قدرة المرأة الاعلامية على التميز في هذه المهنة الجليلة. وتحصرها في أدوار نمطية سلبية وتقليدية جامدة لا تراعي المكانة العلمية والعقلية التي أصبحت تحققها المرأة في المجتمع العربي خاصة ،
حيث لا تعكس الدور المنوط بها كشريك أساسي في بناء التنمية.
ومن هنا ياتي دور البارزين من النساء الاعلاميات في العمل على نشر الوعي وتعزيز القيم وتصحيح المفاهيم أو تغليط الرؤى السائدة ، وذلك من خلال اختراق كل البيوت وكل الحدود الجغرافية واستهداف جميع الفئات الاجتماعية لتكريس هذا الدور العظيم والفعال والذي يشكل خيطا رفيعا ووسيطا أساسيا في عمليات التغيير التي تحسن أوضاع النساء في المجتمع بشكل عام.
ومهما يكن من أمر فقد حققت المرأة رغم هذه المفاهيم دورا ساحقا وهذا ما لمسناه من خلال التغطيات والاحداث التي برزت فيها المرأة وتفوقت بشكل كبير على بعض المهن التي يرى البعض أن دور المرأة محصور فيها..
دور المرأة لم يقتصر على مواكبة الفعاليات وحدها،، بل استطاعت هذه المرأة بنشاطها وعلمها وخبرتها أن تُبرز هذا الصور بصور متعددة فالثقافة التي تمتلكها هذه المرأة صنعت منها منبرا إعلامياً يتحدث عنها تاريخ الوطن بكل تفاصيله فهناك مِن النساء الإعلاميات من الشاعرات والفنانات والصحفيات استطعن بجرأتهن وضع بصمتهن في الحياة، فبين لقاءات وحوارات ومنتديات تبرز المرأة لتشكل ركناً وطيدا وشريكاً مبهراً في إبراز وتمجيد الوطن ، فبالمشاعر تغنت الشاعرات وبريشة القلم تحدثت الرسامات وبلسان البيان صدحت المذيعات وبجوهر الدرر كتبت الصحفيات ،، ليكون هذا الدور الإيجابي والبارز للمرأة وتظل هي ذلك المشهد الحضاري والصفحة الثقافية والإضافة الفارقة التي ساهمت المرأة فيها .
لتبقى هذه المرأة حاضرة بثقلها الاعلامي والمعرفي والثقافي في جميع المناسبات ولا سيما في إبراز مناسبة يوم المرأة في أسما صوره،،
والآن في عهد مليكنا خادم الحرمين الشرفين سلمان بن عبدالعزيز ،وولي عهده الأمين أعطى المراة دورها في المجتمع السعودي …

When we talk about the role of women as a basic element in achieving development goals, they are considered essential partners and active contributors in changing and developing many of the basic axes in societies.
From this standpoint, I will make this reference in this aspect about that view – or that societal discourse on the perception of women in media in the midst of daily life.
Despite these relentless efforts being made to empower Arab women to advance them in all levels, especially in the media field, these great efforts that seek to qualify and empower media women in the social milieu remain unable to keep pace with some intellectual changes of some segments. Society, where some speeches still perpetuate that inferior view of the ability of media women to excel in this venerable profession. And it confines it to negative stereotypical and rigid roles that do not take into account the scientific and mental status that women have come to achieve in Arab society in particular,
As it does not reflect the role assigned to it as a primary partner in building development.
Hence the role of prominent women in the media in working to spread awareness, promote values, correct concepts, or confuse prevailing visions, by penetrating all homes and all geographical boundaries and targeting all social groups to consecrate this great and effective role, which constitutes a thin line and an essential mediator in the processes of change. The conditions of women in society improved in general.
Whatever the matter, women, despite these concepts, have achieved an overwhelming role, and this is what we have seen through the coverage and events in which women have emerged and have greatly surpassed some professions in which some believe that the role of women is restricted to them.
The role of women was not limited to keeping up with the events alone, but this woman was able, with her activity, knowledge and experience to highlight these images in multiple ways. The culture that this woman possesses made her a media platform that talks about the history of the country in all its details. In life, between meetings, dialogues and forums, women emerge as a firm pillar and a dazzling partner in highlighting and glorifying the homeland. With feelings, poets enriched, and with the pen of the pen, the painters spoke with the language of the statement. The difference to which women contributed.
In order for this woman to remain present with her media, knowledge and cultural weight on all occasions, especially in highlighting the occasion of Women’s Day in the names of its pictures,
